THE PROCESS

01. Consultation

We start with a conversation to learn about your family, your concerns, and what matters most to you.

02. Planning

We help with locations, wardrobe, and expectations so you feel prepared and confident.

03. The Session

The session is relaxed and flexible, focused on natural interaction rather than posing or performance.

04. Artwork Reveal & Design

You view your images and choose artwork with guidance, without pressure or rush.

05. Product Delivery & Installation

When your artwork is ready, we personally deliver it to your home and install your wall pieces so your images become finished artwork you can live with and enjoy every day.

Session fee and typical investment

A young boy in a white knit sweater pauses in the grass, suddenly realizing his hands are wet, caught in a moment of pure toddler discovery. Documentary family portrait by Ruwan & Diana Photography.

The session fee is 297.

This covers the planning, the session itself, and your artwork reveal and ordering appointment, the full arc from first conversation to finished pieces on your wall.

The Heirloom Experience is designed around your immediate family. If your session includes grandparents, siblings, or a larger group gathered for something worth documenting, that's The Extended Family Experience. Same philosophy, built for more people. Reach out and we'll talk through what that looks like.

Artwork is not included in the session fee. You'll see your images first, then make choices from there, so nothing gets decided before you know what you're working with.

Most families invest between 1,500 and 2,500 in artwork. What you spend depends entirely on what you choose during your reveal.

THIS IS WHERE IT STARTS

We’re a great match if the experience matters as much as the photographs themselves. If you value time together, meaningful moments, and artwork that reflects your family’s story, we’d love to hear from you, whether you’re just curious or ready to start planning.
